Have you ever had a day so magical, so enthralling and exciting that you wish it would last forever?
Such was the case this past weekend when snow came to Ocoee and completely covered our farm in a big, white, cozy blanket. Everywhere you looked snow was falling at a rapid pace, making it a little hard to see at some points, but never not fun.
I’m sure this kind of snow is normal for a lot of people, but it is completely abnormal for us. We haven’t had this much since our kids have been with us, and I’m sure the only time they’ve seen more snow than this was when we all went to Breckinridge, CO a few years back. Everyone was so excited and so very captivated, including the animals. What is it about a snow day that just feels like all is right in the world (even when we all know for certain that it isn't)?
As a perk for our paid subscribers, we’re going to start releasing our weekly vlogs here on Substack one week before they go live on YouTube, giving you the chance to see them before anyone else. We’re excited to finally be doing this after discussing it for a while, and today’s vlog will be one we’ll watch again and again years down the road.
You can’t get these moments back with your babies, but you sure can relive them on video.
Hope you enjoy, and stay warm! xo
